One of the most common causes of pain is poor sequence(mechanics). For most people, their body's have formed dysfunctional static posture as a result of repetitive tasking(work) which translates to movement patterns that don't sync up. When this happens there is no chance to run correctly. I work with many people who are new to running or are starting back at it after injury or time off. My system works specifically to improve the gait cycle while correcting Myofascial discrepancies for optimal health.
